Our Programmes & Retreats adopt an approach which helps to restore physical, emotional, mental and spiritual balance. In everyday life, each one of us plays a role.
But Immaculata Star Retreats allows you to come back to your true self. For some the experience is akin to being loved back to life, for others it is a chance to simply be looked after.

This retreat has been created for one person, though it can be for two people if you know each other and are happy to experience this journey together.

Your accommodation will be close by in Argyroupoly where Thalia your guide also resides. The village is an ideal place for all of the healing work on your journey here, it has been built upon ancient ruins with many archaic temples, an abundance of natural springs, and the area is teeming with history and pristine healing energy. Location wise, its perfectly situated just 12km from the north beach of Crete and just half an hour from the South of the island which is connected to the Libyan sea where the beaches, fauna and climate are vastly more beautiful on the south.
What you will receive on your personalised retreat:
Expect to shift in to a better synergy in your body. Thalia expertise works in finding limitations in your joints & then also subsequently the areas of the body that have been compensating and overworked. and how to rehabilitate those areas. You will experience and embody Sotai, Chakra and Chi body work and she will give you personal exercizes for homework , when you go back home .

Before your arrival you will discuss in depth on line together with Thalia what it is you would like to receive from the retreat in terms of your physical, emotional and spiritual needs and intentions. Your experience here in Crete will be led at your pace and the itinerary for your trip can be scheduled as you desire. A tailor made program will be crafted for your personal preferences.
Thalia will guide you through multiple healing modalities as well as oracle readings and ceremonies based on nature based spirituality. Thalia’s wealth of mediums to work with are vast including working with the Angelis Realm, Mother Mary, Jeshua, the Magdalene Flame and 3D crystal grids. As your guide, Thalia will work intuitively and in the moment to help you get as much from your time together as possible. All messages and healings that come through are for your soul personally. Retreats are seven or ten days depending on your needs. They can be a combined cooperation with Thalia Amma Sophia and a alternative or holistic group facilitator with their own therapeutic module.

Sotai rebalancing is a soothing and effective way to detangle stressed muscles and the body. Thalia combines this with Yin Yoga and aromatherapy. A massage therapy and reflexologist are also available to further assist with relaxation and detoxification.

We do ancient practices and easy Chi work for the energy body. You will restore balance in the energy centers of the being and find more grounding and nurturing from Mother Earth. More light enters our energy banks. An overall sense of well being and alignment with our pillar of light brings more joy after a couple days. You learn easy somatic practices for balancing and an easy way to receive messages from higher self; so you can continue at home with confidence.

We connect with archetypes of generosity, peace, centering, balance, unity, and any other request you have from your own higher "I AM”. Our rituals are always done in love and light and according to the highest order. More clarity of mind comes up for you. More wishes will materialize soon in your life! Through the Magic of the circle and the 'bindu' of the cosmos (in the middle, that has no end and no beginning), psyche, truth soul, higher self, whole being sits in the steering wheel of your Matrix!
